Shipping Options: (for LIVE orders)
- Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight or Delta Dash services. (...I'm a known/verified shipper.)
- FedEx is the default shipping method used for non-venomous orders less then 10lbs or $250.
- ....orders over $250 or 10lbs will also have the option of being shipped via Delta Dash.
- FedEx reptile shipments will be shipped out Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival only.
- ...FedEx shipping is a current flat rate fee of $49 for all live orders under 3lbs.
- Delta Dash is the default shipping method for venomous & high-end reptiles.
- ....also available upon request for any live shipment(s).
- Delta Dash reptile shipments will be shipped out 2 times a month. (...once every other week.)
- ...Delta Dash (airport to airport) currently costs $85 for orders under 50lbs.
- All "Live" orders must be completed by 11am (EST) Wednesday in order to be shipped out that day/week.
- ...Any "Live" order(s) placed after 11am (EST) Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
- No International Shipping/Orders. Sorry, but we can NOT export reptiles at this time.

- All non-live orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
- All non-live orders will be shipped via USPS Mail or FedEx Ground.
- ...FedEx Ground or Home Delivery is our default shipping method for orders that qualify for Free Shipping.
Guarantee TOS:
- Live Arrival Guaranteed on all reptiles received by 12pm the next day or shipped via Delta Dash.
- ...Guarantee valid only when shipping temps do not go above 90 or below 33 degrees.
- ...Guarantee does NOT cover any damage that is due to Carrier Error or Delays.
- 72hr Health & Satisfaction Guarantee on all reptiles received by 12pm the next day or shipped Delta.
- Any DOA orders must be brought to our attention within 4hrs from the time you received it to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are available in the form of: Store Credit or a Replacement Reptile of equal value.
- ...No Cash Refunds are available as long as we have a replacement reptile to supply you.
Accepted Forms of Payment:
- PayPal is the #1 Accepted and Preferred form of payment here at Intriguing Reptiles!
- Credit cards, Debit cards, Instant Transfer & Electronic Checks Accepted via PayPal.
- Send PayPal payments to sales@intriguingreptiles.com
- Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks (held till clear) are also accepted.
- Money Orders & Checks must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with confirmation number.
Reserve-A-Reptile & Payment Plan:
- Reptiles can be "Reserved" for up to 90 days with a 20% non-refundable down payment.
- ...although the downpayment is non-refundable, it can still be used as store credit towards the purchase of another reptile or product if you decide to back out of the initial deal, but are interested in something else that's more affordable.
- Payment plans are available and will be tailored to the individual customer(s) as needed.

Trade Deal TOS:
- On occasion we will accept tades or cash/trade deals towards the purchase of a High End Reptile.
- Customer must pay for shipping both ways if they are the one that initiated the trade deal.
- ...If we initiated the deal, then we will split the shipping costs with you. Each party will then pay to ship their own reptiles.
- Trade deal(s) MUST be done at the current market value for the specimens being traded.
- Only trade deals we are interested in are for Ball Pythons, Blood Pythons, or Venomous snake morphs!
- Customer MUST ship their animal to Intriguing Reptiles first so we can make sure it's in good health, as advertised, the correct sex, etc.
- Upon satisfactory inspection of your specimen, we will notify you that we have accepted your trade offer and will be shipping your reptile(s) out the same or following shipping day.
